The "Artist" receives 55% of the Total Sales Price paid by the Collector.

Unlike other galleries and online art dealers, ASEAN Artists pays their "Artists" 55% of the Total Sales Price - NOT 55% of the "profit".

Before any Original Painting is listed online or released into the market, we support all of our "Artists" by paying transportation costs (from their studio to our warehouse), currency exchange fees (when converting the Collectors currency into the native artist's currency), language translation (artist's native language into English), advertising costs, and marketing expenses.

ASEAN Artists is the ONLY Fine Art Company that fully supports their Artists in these ways.

ASEAN Artists offers the highest security solutions to protect your personal information. Your credit card and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is used on the internet for payments to be processed safely.

ASEAN Artists implements the following Fraud Protection Policy: Credit Card Payments will be declined in the event of CVV Verification Failure and/or ZIP Code Verification Failure

Actual colors may vary.

This is due to the fact that every smartphone and computer monitor has a different capability of displaying colors. We make every effort possible in retaining life-like color palettes through our website and social media accounts, but please understand the actual product colors may vary slightly from the product colors you've seen online.

We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Please be aware that deliveries are not always guaranteed to your doorstep in some countries and residential complexes.

ASEAN Artists is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Therefore, carriers may request customers to collect orders from their offices.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

We are NOT accepting cash on delivery.

All our Original Paintings and Limited Edition Prints are custom built, crafted, and painted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs.

Our Artists and Team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.

However, if your item arrives damaged, broken, or doesn't arrive at all for some reason, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement or refund your purchase.

Packages very rarely get lost. Unless you provided us with an incorrect shipping address, they will get to their destination 99.99% of the time.

But on some rare occasions, Customs may hold a package much longer than expected. For that reason, if you still did not receive your shipment within 60 business days, contact us and we will refund 100% of your order.

When your shipment finally gets to you after those 60 business days, it is yours to keep, even if we have already refunded your entire order.

Framed Canvases include a polystyrene material as the outer frame.

All Limited Editions are printed with genuine imported ink from the United States using a State of the Art printer from EPSON.

Limited Edition materials will effectively prevent fading and oxidizing when stored or displayed in the proper settings.

To clean your Original Painting or Limited Edition, vacuum gently using a soft brush attachment or soft cloth.

NEVER apply cleaning solutions or water as this may cause the paint or color to run or fade. Do not rub the surface vigorously. Do not hang outdoors or in areas of high humidity, direct sunlight or extreme temperature fluctuations. Original Paintings and Limited Editions will expand and contract in extreme temperature fluctuations.

If you are moving your pieces of Art, make sure you always wrap them adequately with bubble wrap. Do not stack Original Paintings and Limited Editions on top of each other unless they are safely wrapped. Remember your pieces of Art are fragile items.

Treat your pieces of Art like Fine Art is suppose to be treated!.
